Yeah believe it or not, (or actually, it’s about time), that we’re getting an honest to goodness, Fast & the Furious Game.
Yes that’s right, Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia, with Universal Games and Digital Platforms and Slightly Mad Studios has annpounced that we’re getting Fast & the Furious Crossroads is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC next year. With a release date set near the premiere of the ninth installment for the movie franchise which is on, may 22, 2020.
Fast & the Furious Crossroads is designed to expand the Fast & the Furious universe with franchise mainstays, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodrigeuz, and Tyrese Gibson reprising their roles as Dom, Letty, and Roman respectively.
Added into the cast are Sonequa Martin-Green (Michael Burnham in Star Trek: Discovery) and Asia Kate Dillon (Brandy Epps in Orange is the New Black).
Players will travel from the streets of exotic locales to the murky world of international espionage, pulling off high-speed heists and stunts as they battle to take down a new threat.
Fast & Furious Crossroads is being developed by Slightly Mad Studios, which was recently acquired by Codemasters. The game will launch in May 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
