Late night show hosts seems to be the new thing when it comes to showcasing game or game related updates these days. With Conan O’Brien doing his own Clueless Gamer segment and trying out Final Fantasy XV with Elijah Wood. And well, as the video shows, he has more than a few words to say about it.
But it seems it doesn’t just start or end with O’Brien. Last Wednesday night. The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon had a segment that caters to us gamers and for those basically looking for updates from Nintendo.
Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aimé showcases not just the mobile game Super Mario Run, but gave Jimmy the opportunity to play with the Nintendo Switch with the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
As you can see in the video below. Jimmy just lost it and was geeking out like any other fan of games. But what’s more, Super Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto was on set to watch Jimmy play the two games.
Not only did Shigeru Watch the Jimmy play. He even joined the Roots (the Tonight’s show band) play the Super Mario theme on set.
