AsiaPOP Comicon Manila hosted a press briefing yesterday afternoon and shared to invited media and bloggers their first wave of artists and celebrities coming to the three-day event.

Wave 1 Artists:

• Brian Muir – British sculptor who created the Darth Vader mask
• Simone Legno – Tokidoki creator
• Alex Sinclair – Comic book colorist
• Lan Medina– Comic book artist
• Mike McKone – Comic book artist
• Phil Noto – Painter and Comic book artist
• Whilce Portacio – Comic book artist and writer

Wave 1 Celebrities:

• Jessica Henwick: Game of Thrones,Iron Fist, and Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens
• Finn Jones: Game of Thrones, Iron Fist, and The Defenders

The press briefing also released the ticket prices for the event which are:

• 1-Day Pass: 650 php
• 2-Day Pass: 950 php
• 3-Day Pass: 1,150 php
• Free: for 5 years-old and below for the three days

Another interesting announcement for the event is that Marvel is going to have another Hall M event while Netflix is going to cover Hall N and was teased that we will be getting a trailer for a new Netflix show a few months before the movie’s release.
