Prime Video will premiere the 8-episode Fallout series today, April 11, 2024 according to the streaming service.
Fallout, based on the beloved video game franchise by Bethesda Game Studios, stars Ella Purnell as Lucy, a resourceful Vault 33 dweller venturing into the treacherous Wasteland on a desperate mission to find her missing father. Joining her on this perilous journey is Aaron Moten‘s Maximus, a member of the Brotherhood of Steel and The Ghoul (played by Walton Goggins), a mutated bounty hunter with a mysterious past entwined with his former life as an actor.
Set in 2296 in post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, the eight-part series is executive produced by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy of Kilter Films, with Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner serving as co-showrunners, the series marks a collaborative effort between Bethesda Game Studios, Bethesda Softworks, Kilter Films, and Amazon MGM Studios.
The series aims to not just cater to long-time fans of the series, but hopes to bridge the gap to make the IP be accessible to non fans as well.
All episodes of Fallout will be available on Prime Video today. Subscribers can watch movies and series on hundreds of compatible devices from anywhere, at any time, and even download episodes for offline viewing at no extra cost. The service is available in the Philippines for only ₱149 a month.
