Lenovo has announced that they are going to be the official PC and Monitor partners for Apex Legends‘ Esports League, the Apex Legends Global Series.
The partnership will have Lenovo providing more than 200 Lenovo Legion desktops and monitors for all Apex Legends Global Series Majors. Also, the brand will also provide laptops for the caster’s desks to specate and commentate on the live competitions.
Lenovo will be providing the Lenovo Legion T730 Tower which serves as a powerhouse desktop with up to 9th Gen Intel Core i7 overclocked 9700K processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super GPUs. This setup is cooled via Lenovo Coldfront 2.0 with Liquid Cooling. This is also paired with the Lenovo Legion Y25 Monitor on the duration of the partnership.
The exclusive partnership will kcik off at the first Apex Legends Global Series Major on March 13–15, 2020 in Arlington, Texas.
If you’d like to qualify for the Apex Legends Global Series Majors, you need to compete in the Online Tournaments. The online elite will subsequently advance to local challenger events for regional Premier events which will eventually lead to the Apex Legends Global Series Championship.
